Booking Requirements
- Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
- A small booking fee will apply.
- Virtual meetings are conducted via Zoom.
Consultation Duration

- Each session typically lasts 20–40 minutes, depending on the complexity of your request.
- You will have the opportunity to discuss design preferences, themes, colors, size, personalization, budget, and more.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations

- We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and will require a new appointment with a new consultation fee to be scheduled.
