Clients will receive communication regarding pickup scheduling, collection instructions, and any final order details prior to completion. Timely pickup is encouraged to ensure your creation remains in pristine condition before your event.

Please verify all pickup information carefully and communicate any scheduling conflicts as early as possible. While we strive to accommodate reasonable requests, scheduling adjustments may be limited during peak homecoming season.

For security and order accuracy, only approved individuals may collect completed orders unless prior arrangements have been made.
