Once your order has been picked up—regardless of whether it is collected by you personally or by someone on your behalf—it is considered final, complete, and accepted in satisfactory condition. From that point forward, Precious Mums & Garters Creations is not liable for any damage, loss, or alteration that may occur during transportation, handling, or storage.
Due to the fragile and decorative nature of these items, we strongly encourage careful handling and immediate, climate-safe storage to preserve the condition of your custom piece.
To help ensure your complete satisfaction, we kindly ask that the order be thoroughly inspected at the time of pickup. If you or your representative notice any concerns or discrepancies at that time, please inform us immediately, before leaving the pickup location, so we may address the issue on-site.

We are only able to address concerns brought to our attention at the time of pickup. Once the order leaves our care, any damages incurred afterward are not eligible for repair, refund, or replacement—except at our sole discretion.
