Once your custom homecoming mum or garter is completed, you will receive a notification with the confirmed pickup date, time, and location. We kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

To guarantee your satisfaction and give you peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to carefully inspect your order at the time of pickup. This allows you to confirm that all details—including names, colors, sizes, and custom features—are accurate and meet your expectations.

If any concerns arise during pickup, we will do our best to address them immediately. Please note that once the order is released—either to you or someone picking up on your behalf—it is considered final and accepted.

• Orders picked up by a third party will be treated as approved upon transfer.

• To preserve the quality and appearance of your item, please handle with care and avoid leaving it in hot or humid environments.
