Reservation & Scheduling Policy

Every custom creation begins with a reserved consultation appointment during offseason ONLY and dedicated design time.

Because consultation appointments require scheduling and preparation, clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule their appointment.

As a courtesy, one consultation reschedule will be permitted per reservation. Additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated due to limited seasonal availability.

Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice, miss their scheduled consultation, or do not attend their rescheduled appointment may forfeit their consultation opportunity. In such cases, any reservation fees or deposits previously paid remain non-refundable.

Clients may still choose to place an order without a consultation; however, design options may be limited, and all available information must be submitted through the ordering process.

These policies allow us to protect our production schedule, maintain fairness for all clients, and ensure dedicated design time remains available for those who have reserved appointments.
