Due to the personalized nature of our creations, all sales are final. Materials are purchased, production time is reserved, and design work begins specifically for your order once it is confirmed.

While every effort is made to match approved designs as closely as possible, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the creation process, material availability, and supplier inventory.

By placing an order, clients acknowledge and accept all studio policies regarding reservations, approvals, production timelines, pickup procedures, photo verification, and custom design services.

Our commitment is to provide exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and an elevated homecoming experience from consultation through final delivery.
