Photo Verification

Every completed creation is professionally photographed prior to pickup or delivery.

At Precious Mums & Garters Creations, every completed order undergoes a final quality inspection prior to pickup or delivery.

As part of our quality assurance process, we may photograph completed creations for internal documentation, marketing purposes, portfolio use, and business records. Due to production schedules and seasonal demand, photographs are not guaranteed to be provided to clients prior to pickup.

These records help document the completed condition of the order, including ribbons, braids, keepsakes, personalization, embellishments, and custom design elements at the time the creation leaves our studio.

Clients are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup and communicating any concerns before leaving with their creation. Once an order has been collected, Precious Mums & Garters Creations cannot be responsible for damage, missing components, improper storage, transportation issues, alterations, or handling that occurs after the item leaves our possession.

Our documentation process helps maintain quality standards, protect both parties, and ensure every completed creation meets the level of craftsmanship our clients expect.
