Because every creation is custom-designed and handcrafted, advance ordering is strongly recommended.

Homecoming season is one of the busiest periods of the year, and available production capacity is limited. Orders are accepted on a first-reserved basis and may close once available design slots have been filled.

To secure your preferred design options, consultation date, and production timeline, clients are encouraged to reserve as early as possible.

Rush requests may be available on a limited basis depending on scheduling and material availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Once ordering deadlines have passed, we cannot guarantee availability of specific materials, custom elements, or production accommodations.
